Hi! I'm looking for a new flatmate for this gorgeous flat in North Acton, close to North Acton, East Acton and Willesden Junction stations. Room available from 16 December.

🏠 The room is a beautiful double with private use of the main bathroom, which has a bath and shower. The flat is very modern, spacious and airy, with an open-plan kitchen and living room and an outdoor balcony space, plus a washer-dryer, dishwasher and fast broadband. The building has lift access, a communal roof terrace with amazing views, a concierge service and complex security with fob access. There's a coffee shop and small supermarket on-site, plus a Simply Fresh down the road.

🚇 It's a 10- to 15-minute walk to both Willesden Junction (Bakerloo line and Overground) and North Acton (Central line). There are also bus stops nearby for East Acton, North Acton, Westfield White City, Acton and Hammersmith.

💰 Rent is £1,150 and council tax, electricity, TV licence, water supply and internet are around £150 per month each. Heating/hot water is normally £25–30 extra and we top up online as needed.

🙋‍♀️ You would be sharing with me (Amelia, 35). I'm from Surrey originally but have lived in London for 10 years and in this flat for 3. I work in the office two days a week and love going out for drinks/dinner, the theatre, long walks, coffee shops and yoga.
