Bright double en-suite room in old street

My lovely flatmate is moving out at the end of March and I am looking for someone to take his double bedroom. There may be an option for an earlier move in March if that is required.

I am renting out an en-suite room at 1700 excluding bills (bills are £250 which include council tax, Netflix, 1GB broadband and a weekly cleaner and cleaning products). If you are looking to enjoy the Shoreditch/old street area or work in the city, this may be the perfect place for you.

The flat is located 5 minutes walk from old street, on the 5th floor of a new built building. It’s very spacious, with modern open plan kitchen/living room which opens onto a balcony through a floor to ceiling door. Plenty of natural light comes in through the living room and the bedrooms. There is an overhead cooling system and underfloor heating and cooling, keeping the flat at 23/24C regardless of temperature outside.

The bedrooms are located at the back of the building, overlooking a secure courtyard, which makes them very quiet. The master bedroom comes with an en-suite bathroom. There is an in-built, full-wall wardrobe with plenty of storage. The room was redecorated a couple of years ago, with a luxurious deep pile carpet, and comes furnished with a king size, deep storage bed with memory foam mattress and chest of drawers. The bathroom has also been repainted. The living room and the rest of the flat were also fully furnished to a high standard and the kitchenware is also all brand new. The flat is now a really lovely place to come home to.

About me:
I am very tidy and do not do much cooking during the week as I have my dinners at work and go to the gym after. I leave home at 8/8:30am and come back at 8/8:30 pm and tend to have early nights. Currently am working from home 1-2 days a week.

Weekends I catch up with my friends. I love cooking brunches for my friends and flatmate on Saturdays from time to time.
