The flat in itself is very functional. There is a kitchen with plenty of storage - a living room with a dining table, a sofa bed and an armchair, antique furniture and lots and lots of books.

The flat is also very secure.

The location is fantastic: It is situated between Smithfield’s and Hoxton Square, the Barbican centre, and literally next to the London Symphony Orchestra's headquarters....if you like classical music, there are a lot of events happening there for peanuts.

Tube stations: Northern line, Circle Line, Hammersmith and City and Elizabeth line.

Supermarkets: Waitrose, Tesco, Co-Op, M&S, Aldi.
Food Market on Whitecross Street.

The block of flat is very friendly and there is a good atmosphere between neighbours, we tend to look out for each other.

Non smoker and light drinker essential, as well as willing to keep their room clean and the flat tidy.

The flat ( and I ) will best cope with a good balance of vibrancy and calm. I see myself as a 'young' over forty ( we all say that, I know ) and am looking to share the space with someone with a genuine interest in what this City has to offer and life in general.
