Double room available in a large (1400 sq ft) three floor house located in between Old Street and Hoxton. The house has a garden, garage, driveway (which will be free for the new housemate to use), three floors, three bathrooms, and a total of three bedrooms. The middle floor is a huge lounge and dining area and downstairs is a kitchen / dining room, entryway, garden and garage (for you to put your things in if you wish). Despite being so central, the street is very quiet.

We are within a 1 minute walk of Curzon Hoxton, a great pub that does amazing sourdough pizza, several brilliant brunch spots, and two Santander cycles bays.

Two of the housemates work for an art gallery so like going to museums, seeing shows, and socialising at art events. The other housemate works in finance so it is a lovely mix of interests. We do spend time together but there is no pressure to do so if you are looking for a quiet night in. We are looking for someone who is friendly and respectful of their home environment. A bonus if you cycle as one of the housemates is a keen road cyclist too!
