Cosy flat between Old Street and Hoxton

Our current flatmate is leaving to move in her own new house =). So her room is available to rent from 12th April.

We live in a ground-floor flat on a residential street, just a 5-minute walk from Old Street station. There are great bus and overground transport links too.

Plenty of shops, restaurants, bars, cafes etc. nearby, plus parks and the canal.

Our home is our cosy space and we enjoy coming home to catch up, occasionally have glass of wine and dinner together, while watching a cheeky show. We are quite sociable and active, ideally we would like someone who has a similar vibe.

My current flatmate and I met on Spareroom, have lived together for 2 years and have become great friends! This is the atmosphere we are looking to recreate in the flat - friends, rather than just flatmates.

I work as a Motion Designer for live shows and Ilaria has just switched her career to female health sector. We both are into fitness, tarot cards and love exploring history and art museums. And travelling of course!

The flat is bright and open, fairly small, but we love it!

The room is furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, and space for a desk. The bathroom has a bath/shower and there's a shared living room and kitchen.

Rent is £800 per month and bills are usually around £150 per month each. The landlord requires a £600 deposit.

We'd like someone who can move in/start paying rent from 12th April (we are happy to discuss if you need a few more days =) ).
