Bright Room by Regent’s Canal with Private Garden

Hello! I’ll be away over the summer and am looking to sublet my room. My dates are flexible, so feel free to reach out with what you need.

The flat is in a beautiful location right in front of Regent’s Canal, in a gated community, and comes with a private garden — perfect for relaxing in the sun. We even have a canoe and paddle if you’re feeling adventurous!

The flat includes:

Fully furnished with everything you need
Private garden with outdoor chairs
AC and fan
Porter (Monday to Friday)
Secure gated community
A very cute (and very chunky) cat 🐱

You’ll be sharing with one lovely, easygoing flatmate.

I’m looking for someone respectful and clean, who looks after the space. This is a calm home, so no big parties or frequent guests please.

Walking distance to Old Street, Angel, and Barbican
A few minutes’ walk to the Barbican area
Bus 205 stops almost in front of the building and goes to Marylebone in under 25 minutes
Very central, yet quiet
Walking distance to Shoreditch, with great restaurants, cafés, and local pubs nearby

Bills:

Council tax included
£15/month for internet
Around £35/month for electricity (depending on usage)
