Sublet - Double Room in Old Street/Barbican Area

Hi, we are looking for someone to sublet a double room in our flat over the summer, from 26 May - 7 September. We are a 30 y/o professional couple looking for someone who is respectful of shared spaces and keen to be a friend rather than just a tenant. We're usually out most weekdays for work (I work in sustainability and my partner teaches dance), but cook dinner at home most weeknights. The flat is first floor, in a safe area and on a quiet street. The location is great for getting to places like Shoreditch (10 mins walk), Farringdon (15 mins walk), Liverpool Street (15 mins walk). It's also ~7 mins walk from both Old Street and Barbican tube stations. Bills come to about £140 a month. The room is south facing and furnished, containing a large desk + computer chair, a double bed, a lounge chair, a bedside table, and a wardrobe.
