Large, bright double room with ensuite in a split-level 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom apartment just south of Old Street roundabout.

The apartment is modern, very spacious (1450 square feet total), open and bright. It has all mod cons and there's a foosball table for the competitive, an exercise bike and home gym for the fitness-focussed, and a Thermomix for the home cook. Transport-wise it is a 1 minute walk from Old Street tube. Thanks to the energy crisis, bills are £54 pp per week - which covers electricity, gas, water, council tax, a cleaner who comes in for a half day, broadband, Netflix, Amazon Prime and TV licence.

You'd be sharing with Jane, an Australian who's a management consultant, and me, Rob, a Kiwi IT developer. We're pretty easy-going and appreciate having a flat that's a little bit social so friendly people are especially welcome.
