Hey! We’re looking for one new housemates to join us in our flat near Old Street/ horeditch Park from the 22nd of July (Some flexibility on move-in date). Our housemate is sadly moving out with his gf so looking for a new addition to the flat!

I’ve been living here for two years and really love it!

About Me: I’m Pablo (25) – Originally from the Canary Islands, working in the creative industry. I enjoy cooking, film, going to gigs, and keeping things sociable but relaxed at home.

Jason (25) originally from the US, moved to london 6 months ago and works in the Real Estate world. Loves music, charity shopping and having a good time!

About the Flat:
Modern top-floor flat in a new build
Lift access, secure bike storage
3 bedrooms (2 doubles, 1 ensuite)
Shared open-plan kitchen/living room
Large wrap-around balcony

The Room:
Small double
Furnished with bed, wardrobe, and desk
Shared bathroom with me

Bills:
Council Tax: £80/month
Internet: £14.25/month
Gas & Electricity: £30–£45/month (depending on usage)
Water: £90 every few months
Approx. £130–£150/month in total

Who We’re Looking For:
Housemates in their mid-20s to 30s who work full-time in the office or hybrid with ideally one day from home. Sociable and easy-going people who enjoy hanging out, chatting, or doing things together. No pressure to be best friends, but we’re looking to create a friendly, respectful, and tidy environment.
