St Luke's Estates, Old Street: 3 Rooms to Rent

I'm looking for 3 new housemates to move in at this great flat, right by Old Street. The single room is available from August 1st and the two double rooms are available from September 10th.

About me: I'm a UX Design student at London College of Communication, UAL. I've been living here since September 2025 and staying on. I like to cook so you might find me in the kitchen quite a lot. I'm quite social and looking for people who are tidy, easy to get along with, and up for a chat every now and then.

The flat comes all the basic amenities, including a washing machine, oven, microwave, fridge, etc. It also has a balcony. The location of the flat is amazing, super closeby to multiple bus stops and the Old Street Station (Northern Line). There's an Aldi, M&S, Sainsbury's and Co-op all within a few minutes' walk. There are also loads of good pubs and restaurants around if you fancy going out often.
The rent is not including bills, but the bills come up to about £30-40 a month for each tenant.
