I’m looking for 2 more flatmates to join me and my friend Sofia in a flat share lease, able to sign ASAP as we already got our offers accepted.

Move in date: 3rd of August, 2026
Area: N1 7EL, Hackney
Closest station: Old Street with lots of buses around too
Contract: 2-months rolling
Bills: EPC of a B so if you’re a student and don’t pay council tax, bills should be £50 each month

X2 Double bedrooms available (first and third one showed in the video)
Shared kitchen
Shared bathroom with a shower
Access to flat balcony
