​We’re Giulia and Jiyeon, and we’re looking for a lovely, quiet, and respectful female flatmate to come share our cozy home!
​We love coming back to a chilled-out, peaceful space where everyone can unwind after a long day.
​🏠 The Room & Flat
• The Space: A good sized double room in a fantastic location—just a 20-minute stroll from Shoreditch!
• Furnishings: Comes partially furnished with a bed frame, mattress, and two large built-in wardrobes (plenty of storage space).
• The Household: Non-smoking flat, sharing one bathroom between the three of us.
​🌸 A Little About Living Together
• Routine: We’re looking for someone who works out of the house full-time (no full-time work-from-home, please!).
• Keeping it Cozy & Mindful: We like to keep things tidy with a simple cleaning rota and be a bit energy-conscious with heating and hot water to keep bills friendly for everyone (think cozy jumpers in winter!).
• Bathroom Flow: Since three of us share one bathroom, we prefer keeping overnight guests and visits quite infrequent so everyone has space.
​📅 The Details & Contract
• Available: From 25th September.
• Contract: It’s a 2-month rolling contract, but we’re ideally looking for someone who wants to stick around for the longer run—we’d love to find a great long-term match so we aren't searching again in a couple of months! (So no short lets/temporary stays, please.)
