We’re a friendly couple with a spare bedroom in our lovely 2-bed maisonette, just a short stroll from both Old Street and Angel stations (under 10 minutes to either).

The room is available from 20th Sept until the end of December and is for one person only.

The flat is split over two levels. You’ll have:

- A fully furnished private room
- Your own ensuite bathroom
- A standing table / study desk for your study/work
- High-speed Wi-Fi included
- All bills covered (council tax, utilities)

We’re looking for a considerate, tidy and easy-going flatmate who values a peaceful, relaxed home. While we enjoy socialising, we also respect personal space, so you can expect a calm environment to unwind after work.
