Dbl Room with bathroom Shoreditch -Av 18/10

Looking for someone to take over my room from 18 October in a lovely, spacious flat near Shoreditch.
The flat is ideally located:
• A short walk from Old Street station.
• Around 15 minutes’ walk from Liverpool Street and Moorgate.
• Within walking distance of the City.
The room is a double bedroom with a private bathroom, including a bathtub/shower. The flat also has a spacious shared living room and kitchen.
You would be sharing the flat with Martin, a young professional from France. Martin often travels to Paris, so you may have the flat to yourself at weekends. However, we are looking for someone who is respectful and considerate in a shared home.
Bonus points if you speak French, although this is not essential 🇫🇷

The room is available from 18 October. You will need to earn at least 2.5 times the annual rent to be approved as a replacement tenant on the lease.
