Taking over the contract from the girl that is leaving the flat on the 1st week of November.
The room comes with the bedframe, mattress and desk!
The room is available from the 1st week of November, flexibility on the exact day. Bills are around £100/month.
Sharing with 2 other girls, Lauren (29) and Carolina (31).
We both work in the music industry and have a hybrid working pattern, Lauren tends to wfh a bit more than Carolina but we both look after the place and make an effort to make this flat feel homely.
We enjoy a meal together, a movie night (when our schedules align) going to a gig or going for a walk in the canal.
We're looking for someone with a similar mindset that is considerate, clean, looks after the communal areas and enjoys having some social moments in the flat.
We currently have a weekly cleaning rota at but happy to consider other alternatives!
