Room with bathroom in female household

Dev and I (Izzy) have a room available in our 3 bed 2 bath flat.

The room has 2 double wardrobes, queen sized bed, and a bedside table. The room will also be available with a private bathroom (not ensuite).
The flat itself has a large living room / kitchen and is genuinely a lovely space to live in.

We are 2 professionals and would love to have someone join us in making the flat a warm environment.

A bit about us:
I am homebody and love cooking and also have many a plant I have dotted round the flat.
Dev loves a mix of a chilled night in and a night out!

We both wfh around 1 day a week so ideally would like something similar. We generally have our own schedules but also enjoy a flat dinner when we can!

Bills are currently around £140 per person per month (including council tax).

The area is super convenient, we have Aldi, Coop, M&S and Angel is also super close. We are <5 min from Old Street station, 15 mins from the Elisabeth line and walkable distance to Liverpool street and many bus routes.
