Double Room in 2-bed Central London Flat

UPDATE: there are now two rooms available—one comes with a king bed, one comes unfurnished but could have the option to buy previous tenant’s furniture. common space comes furnished. we’re looking for someone to take over the smaller room mainly but open to transferring the lease for both rooms if we find suitable tenants!

looking for someone to take over my room in this flatshare in the shoreditch/old street area! it’s a lovely place and i’m sad to be leaving but hopefully someone can enjoy it as much as i have!!

rent would be only £1200pcm through the end of this year, then starting january 2027 it will be £1260pcm. bills aren’t included but are very reasonable and shared between both flatmates!

my flatmate, who you would be living with, is a professional female in the medical research field in her mid/late twenties, and she is super friendly and a very tidy housemate!

—i’m offering the room unfurnished but happy to negotiate selling furniture for cheap! the rest of the flat is furnished, most of which has been provided by the landlord.
—the flat has 2 bedrooms and one bathroom, shared with just one professional female flatmate.
—kitchen is equipped with a full size fridge/freezer, gas hob, oven, dishwasher, and laundry.
—the room i’m offering fits a double bed comfortably. i only have out-of-date photos of it, so i’m working on getting some fresh pictures taken to post here!!
