Warehouse conversion in Hoxton/Old Street

Hello Guys & Gals,

We are looking for a flatmate to join us in our top floor, 3 bedroom mezzanine warehouse conversion.

The flat is bright and spacious - double ceiling height in the open plan lounge/kitchen area, a good sized kitchen with gas, bathroom/toilet with tub, wooden flooring and exposed brick throughout.

The room up for grabs are on the top level of the flat, have lovely exposed brick and come partly furnished.

We are social, so we are in and out a lot but also enjoy a quiet night on the sofa.

Our home is our haven and we are looking for people who are relaxed, respectful, considerate and tidy ;)

Bills tend to come to about £100 per month (each). There is a deposit of £1040 and also a fee of £140 for referencing and adding your name to the contract.

The room is available from October 1st or for end of October - we can be a little flexible with the move-in date .
