Bright clean modern flat in Old St

Hello!!

Great room in a two bed flat, new build so nice and warm! I am looking for a nice flat mate to share with as my current one has to move out to live with is GF.

The flat is 7 mins walk to Old Street, 10 mins walk to Shoreditch and Hoxton Station, and 13 mins to Angel and Essex Road. Its a bright modern place with loads of light and is super warm in winter and cool in summer.

I have a small balcony for the summer and the park is just across the road.

I am looking for someone that is chilled and a non smoker, likes to be social and be a part of the house not just hide in their room.

I like cooking and socialising, I go to the gym and work out, swim and cycle.

Please be normal and clean (we have a cleaner) as I like to live with clean and tidy people.

Love having the odd party and big night out but not a party animal any more.

I work from home one day a week and the rest of the time in west London.

Not looking for couples it's a flat for two not three people. Like living with guys.


Please no couples.

Bills are about £150-200 per month Est. but we simply split everything.
