Bright clean modern flat in Old St

Hello!!

Great room in a two bed flat, new build. I am looking for a nice flatmate to share my flat.

The flat is 11 mins walk to Old Street, 10 mins walk to Shoreditch and Hoxton Station, and 13 mins to Angel and Essex Road. Its a bright modern place with loads of light and is super warm in winter and cool in summer.

I have a small balcony for the summer and the park is just across the road.

I am looking for someone that is chilled and a non smoker, likes to be social and be a part of the flat not just hide in their room.

I like cooking and socialising, I go to the gym and work out, swim and cycle.

Please be normal as you can be in this crazy amazing city and clean (we have a cleaner) as I like to live with clean and tidy, fun people. This is key for me.

I work from home a few days a month and the rest of the time in central london but not looking for home workers.

Not looking for couples to be in the flat and 30+ please.

Bills are included in the cost to make it easy.
