Double room near the canal

Hello,
A room has become available in my flat, which is a maisonette located between Old Street and Angel, just steps from the canal. It's a 10 square meters double room, facing south, so lots of light in the afternoon and just the right amount in the morning for a gentle wake-up :). The wooden floor in the room is brand new. There’s a bed, mattress, and supplies (see photo). It's a quiet flat, well-located in the east, easily reachable by bike, and very central. The living room is very spacious with a nice high ceiling.
One flatmate in the house, me, Rafik, science teacher. I enjoy music, sports, going out for drinks, gigs, Dj... :)
