2 month let (14 Nov), whole bright Shoreditch flat

Hi there,

I'm looking for a someone to take over my flat for up to two months from 14 November to 13 Janurary (or some time within that period, at least a month ideally) while I am away from London for a fixed price of £1,700 (all bills, council tax, etc are included in this price). It is a two bedroom flat but only one bedroom is available as I will leave my possessions in my room.

Location:
Set back from City Road, this flat is in a fantastic location -- just a 7 minute walk to Old Street, a 10 minute walk to Angel and a 25 minute walk to Bank/the City. Kings Cross/St Pancras, Liverpool St and other mainline stations can be easily reached by Tube/bus. Great pubs and restaurants are nothing more than a short stretch of the legs away, as is the canal or Victoria Park for runners. There are plenty of shops in the immediate vicinity, with a big Sainsbury's and Waitrose just up the road in Angel.

The flat:
Recently renovated to a high standard, the flat is set on two floors and has a modern look-and-feel. It's spacious with two double bedrooms (one will be locked, the other is pictured), has plenty of storage space, a nice kitchen (with a dishwasher, Nespresso machine, microwave, air-fryer and gas stove/electric fan oven) and good-sized bathroom. It's a warm and bright flat as it faces the south. The living room has a small balcony, a large TV for big screen films and shows. Superfast (200mb/s) broadband is included and is perfect for Zoom/working from home. Street parking is available at a cost. I have several books of parking vouchers for odd visits. Bills are included and central heating should keep the place nice and warm.

The bedroom:
The room is a good-sized double with ample storage space for clothes/bits and bobs. There's a smart TV with catch up and streaming services, and a small desk too. It faces south so is bright, and has roller blinds.

Me:
I'm a 38 year old professional working at a tech company in London. I'll be away for your stay, but when I'm around, I often walk to work and spend time at the gym/out and about but like to eat at home and relax later on in the evening.

You:
Ideally someone looking for an affordable alternative to Airbnb for a short while as you settle in to London, wait to move into your own place, or enjoy a winter/new year's holiday in London. Please note that this is not a party flat, although small gatherings are fine!
