Hi, Looking for someone to take over my room in a recently refurbished flat near Kensington Olympia from the 1st of October move in date no later than the 15th. The Flat is in a lovely location with less than a 5 min walk to Olympia overground station and West Kensington tube stop, also less than 10 min walk to Barons Court on the Piccadilly Line.
Kensington high street and Earls court are only about 10-15 min walk away with the gorgeous holland park just after that, so there is lots to do and lots of local shops, pubs & restaurants.
My current flatmate is very friendly guy who works in hospitality and is always up to go the cinema or have a cheeky drink in the pub.
Fast Wifi is included in the price of the rent and the room comes with a quite large fitted wardrobe which is more than enough space for me.
I will be aiming to reply to any enquires very quickly and we want to find a clean, considerate and friendly professional who is looking for a home rather than simply a place to sleep. Someone who enjoys a relaxed, respectful household and is happy to keep communal spaces tidy.
