Cozy double room in Barons Court 💓

Looking for a professional to replace me in this lovely 4 bed flat. Super close to Barons Court station, less than 10 mins walk from West Kensington station, and about 15 mins from Olympia station. The room comes with a double bed, chest of drawers, desk, chair, clothes rail, standing mirror and a bedside table with drawers. The room is really bright with lovely windows which slide up and give you direct balcony access. It’s south facing so lovely and sunny all year round. There is a living room and a dining table. The kitchen has a dishwasher, oven, microwave and two small fridges. The bathroom is currently being remodelled to have a walk in shower so pics of that when it’s done, but the bathroom is a really nice big size and it’s shared between 3 people. Most of the flatmates WFH and are in their late 20’s / early 30’s. They like to cook dinner with each other and socialise and watch TV etc but also appreciate their own space. Bills come to about £70-100 a month depending on time of year and we are in council tax band F. Rent is £803 a month and paid on the first of the month. The move in date would be the first of October
