Spacious double-size room with a single bed, furnished.
Excellent storage: built-in wardrobe, chest of drawers, and cube shelving.
Bathroom located right next to the room, for your use — I have my own en-suite shower, so this is effectively yours; I may occasionally use the bath, but there's plenty of room for both.
Fast Wi-Fi included.

The home
Quiet, clean, well-organised household.
The house has no shared TV or TV Licence — you would need to arrange your own if you wish to watch live TV or BBC iPlayer in your room.
Shared kitchen for everyday cooking. High-spec kitchen, so please keep it well maintained.

House guidelines
No overnight guests.
Respectful of shared spaces and quiet hours.
Non-smoking.

Who I'm looking for
A calm, tidy, considerate student (postgraduate and PhD preferred) looking for a genuine home base for the academic year — not a party house, a proper place to live well and study.

Location
E20, Olympic Park — Stratford Station moments away (Elizabeth Line, Jubilee, Central, DLR), Westfield Stratford City on your doorstep.

Details
Minimum 10-month arrangement, longer term welcome (e. g. postgraduate or PhD students). Fixed monthly rent of £1,200, bills included on the basis of reasonable use. Must be a full-time student.
