Hi all,

I’m looking to sublet my room in our modern 3-bedroom flat in Stratford between November 08 - December 30. (Dates can be negotiated) If you're looking for a comfortable, well-connected space to stay this summer, this is for you!

The Room:
Rent: £1,050 (including bills) (negotiable)

Spacious and fully furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, coat rack, mirror, electric standing desk and chair.

The flat:
1. Recently renovated and clean.
2. Overlooking the Olympic Park and London Stadium
3. Air conditioning, heating, dishwasher, washer-dryer, and high-speed WiFi
4. Spacious shared living area and fully-equipped kitchen
5. Quiet, secure building with lift access

You’ll be sharing the bathroom with one of my flatmate who is clean and will not be around after the first ten days, giving you sole access to the bathroom from then.

About Your Flatmates:
You’ll be sharing the flat with two of my flatmates, both 25-year-old professionals in finance and sport, who enjoy reading, cooking and all things sport (especially football!). They’re friendly, respectful and great company!

Location:
You’ll be living in Stratford, one of London’s most connected and vibrant areas:

1. 3 mins to Stratford International (DLR/HS1)
2. 10 mins to Stratford Station (Tube/Overground/National Rail)
3. 10 mins to Westfield Stratford
4. 10 mins to Hackney Wick
5. Close to Sainsbury’s, Nisa Local, and Tesco Express
6. Near gyms including Better Gym, The Gym Group, and the London Aquatics Centre

The house is ideal for anyone needing a short-term let in a prime London location.

We have no preferences, all we ask is that you keep the flat clean and treat the space with care.
