Due to personal circumstances, I am looking for someone to take over my tenancy for a bright and spacious 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom apartment in Coppermaker Square, Stratford.

This is an official tenancy takeover / contract transfer only, not a private sublet. The new tenant must go through Coppermaker Square’s official process and pass their affordability check before moving in.

Available from around 15 July 2026. Move-in date can be discussed, ideally around mid-July. The current tenancy ends on 31 August 2026. Renewal may be discussed directly with Coppermaker Square.
