Looking for 1–3 housemates, ideally under 28, to find a place together from around 10–15 October. Girls or guys both welcome. Students or young professionals are both fine, I just want people with a young, open-minded energy who are easy-going, communicative and still like actually doing things outside of work/study.

I’m a final-year UAL Fashion Styling student, ENTP/ENFP-ish, very social and spontaneous when I have energy but I also need alone time at home to recharge.

I’d love to live with people I can actually become friends with. Think afternoon tea, shopping, parks, gym, picnics, hiking, travelling, clubbing, markets, selling our old stuff together, taking photos for each other or randomly deciding to go somewhere. I have way too many clothes too, so if you’re a girl and we become close, you’re very welcome to borrow things.

I’m also naturally quite caring and protective with people I’m close to. If you’re drunk I’ll make sure you get home safely, and if something happens while you’re out, I’m the type you can call. At the same time, I really value personal space and boundaries. We can be close without having to do everything together.

Home-wise, I’m relaxed but like things clean and respectful. Shoes off at the door, bedrooms stay private unless invited, personal slippers/tableware stay separate, and kitchen waste shouldn’t be left overnight. Basically just be considerate and communicate instead of letting small things turn into weird tension.

Friends, dates and partners coming over are completely fine, including occasional overnight stays or staying for a few days. Just give everyone a heads-up, make sure your guests are respectful and safe, and clean up afterwards. Pre-drinks and late nights are fine too, I don’t want a strict house, just not an out-of-control party house.

Smoking is fine but preferably outside or on the balcony. Pets are fine if they’re clean, well-trained and properly looked after. Dogs and cats are welcome, unusual reptiles/snakes aren’t really for me. No couples sharing one room.

For the actual home, I’m looking for somewhere within around 30 mins of Stratford, furnished, ideally within 8 mins’ walk of a station, with a proper communal living room and preferably a balcony. I need my own private bathroom/ensuite.

Budget is flexible. Cheap is great, but I’m also happy to spend more for the right home and the right people, ideally staying under around £450pw per person at the higher end.

Basically: social but not suffocating, fun but clean, close if we naturally click, but still with proper boundaries.

If this sounds like your kind of house dynamic, message me your age, what you do, budget, move-in date and a little about yourself. IG is welcome too because it’s honestly easier to get someone’s vibe that way.
