I'm looking for someone to take over my room in a three-bedroom, two-bathroom flat in Atlas House, E20 , as I'm leaving London after finishing my study.

Both flatmates are tidy and considerate, and we follow a regular cleaning schedule.

Joint tenancy between three people; you would replace me on the existing contract (managed by Touchstone)

As you'll share a bathroom with a female flatmate, a female tenant would be preferred.
