You'd be sharing with a friendly 33-year-old professional. Life's busy, but a big believer in living a balanced life so I make time for a social life too.
I enjoy the odd spontaneous nights out, winding down with a glass of wine and a film, a good chat, and the occasional spontaneous day or night out. That said, I really value personal space, for myself and for whoever I live with, so there's never any pressure.
I'm looking for someone easy-going, relaxed, and fairly clean and tidy, who wants the flat to feel like a real home. :)

Where you'd be living: In a lovely community with loads going on. I've lived here a while and still keep discovering new things.
* Westfield is only 5 minutes away for shopping
* Hackney Wick is just around the corner, with its bars and great brunch spots
*Victoria park and their weekend market stalls
* Sainsbury's and various other convenient shops are also 5 minutes away
* Stratford station is very close, so you're really well connected
