Double Room Available - Olympic Park, Hackney Wick

Our friend will be moving out in December so we are looking for a new housemate to join our friendly 3 bed flat. The room is in a modern new build, sharing with 2 male professionals, both 29, looking to find someone similar to live and chill with and more importantly welcome into our home!

The flat is in a great location sat overlooking the Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park and Victoria Park a short walk away. There is a Tesco express less than a minute walk from the Flat. Larger stores such as Asda and Lidl also nearby. The flat is a 6 minute walk from Hackney Wick station (Mildmay line) and a 15 minute walk to Stratford Westfield/Stratford station which is very well connected (Elizabeth Line, Jubilee Line, Central Line, Mildmay Line and Overground trains)

We are advertising a furnished double bedroom, which includes a double bed, one bedside table, a chest of drawers and wardrobe. The desk is not included but as you can see from the photos there is ample space for a desk and chair for any working from home needs.

The room shares a spacious bathroom/shower with one other. The rest of the flat is fully furnished with everything you'd need, but obviously we welcome any additions to make it feel more like home for you. There's plenty of extra storage available and access to a balcony from the room with a fantastic view across the Olympic park. The balcony gets sunshine all year and is a huge asset to the flat. No parking available but there is large secure bike store, that we use.

Important info:
Rent will be £1100 per month + bills (normally ~ £150)
We need to confirm a new flat mate by the 6th November, for a move in date of 13th December, so that the landlords can perform their reference checks. Looking to have viewings/meet and greets mid-end of October.
Smoking is prohibited throughout the building including any balconies.

About us:

Bryce (me)- Male, 29, working in financial sector. Love and play lots of sport including rugby, tennis, badminton, snooker and enjoy cycling. Big music and movie guy. Love playing board games, Catan is a fave of mine.

Ketan - Male, also 29, working in sustainability data, likes playing squash, swimming and cooking.

We are both clean, tidy, respectful and fun to hang out with, and looking for someone similar.
