We have 2 lovely large double rooms available for SHORT TERM 10 months only whilst we are away. £1250 ALL INCLUDED no extra bills on top. Might be extendable at the end depending on how our plans unfold! Confirmed minimum from 1st September 2026-end of May 2027
£1250pm each for SINGLE occupancy, no couples. All bills included.

The rent includes fast fibre optic internet, plus a cleaner for communal areas and bathrooms once per week.

The house layout is on 3 floors, with 2 bathrooms. The 2 rooms advertised are on the middle floor, with bathroom facilities on the ground floor, which you would only share with one other person ( or your partner if a couple takes both rooms).

Both are beautiful big rooms with fantastic mattress and plenty of storage and a desk for the odd day working at home.

It is our own home and our rooms -my husband and I with our toddler are going to be abroad for those months.

There will be 3 other lovely house mates in the house, 2 on the top floor;
Pierre is a yoga instructor / works at an NGO. And Emmanuel works for Chelsea football club as a physiotherapist.
Currently looking to fill the 2 rooms on second floor. The 2 guys are lovely human beings so looking for someone who will get on with them!

There is sheltered and secure parking for bicycles out the front, and a spacious communal kitchen and Conservatory lounge which opens out onto a lovely leafy mature garden with fruit trees, quiet spots to chill in, and a pizza oven!
There is a dishwasher, a range master gas cooker, washing machine and condenser tumble dryer.

The house is beautifully decorated and fully furnished in Oval, central London (border of zone 1&2). We are just 400 metres from Oval tube station (northern line), 10 min walk to Vauxhall Station (Victoria line), 5 mins on bus / bike or 15 mins walk to vibrant Brixton, and right by Kennington Park. The location is also amazingly quiet, being set back in a leafy cul de sac.

Looking for a considerate, clean and tidy non smoker who will cooperate with things like recycling and taking care of our home while we are away.
