We have two Double rooms available in our modern and spacious flat (top floors). The room is furnished with a double bed and king, bedside table, large wardrobe.

THE FLAT!
The shared area is a living area with open kitchen diner, complete with dining area, fully equipped kitchen and bathroom with a bathtub and rain shower.

The flat is double-glazed, centrally heated and has a washer/dryer machine, fridge, freezer, gas cooker and oven, microwave, kettle. Gas, electricity and water bills are included in the price. Broadband and tax is not included. Additional storage is also available in the loft.

NEARBY AREA!
This apartment is a short walk from Oval Station (5 mins) with plenty of transport links nearby (10 mins to Vauxhall) running all day and night including 24 hour tube!

Supermarkets are within 10 mins walk as well as 24 hr convenience stores close by. Local cafes, restaurants, bars and gyms are within walking distance. Serene parks nearby and the scenic riverside is only 10 mins walk away. Farmers market every Saturday.

Parking is available on local streets on application for resident parking.

We are friendly, laid-back, respectful couple who enjoy film, food, travel, climbing, reading and anything fun! We would like someone respectful to take care of our old home now that we've had a baby and have had to move out.
