Searching for a new tenant to make our flat their home. Flat will be shared with one young professional (female).

Room available from 1 Oct 23 onwards thanks to one of our lovely tenants moving out.

It is situated in the middle of beautiful Oval, 10 minutes away from Vauxhall Station (Victoria Line, Train and Bus), Oval (Northern Line), Stockwell (Victoria and Northern) and the new Nine Elms Station (Northern). It is in a very lucrative location, a short bike ride or walk across the river from Central London.

The flat is offered fully furnished, with all bills (water, electricity, gas, internet, council tax, maintenance fee and service charge) included in the monthly rent, making it easy to move in, with no need to deal with any administration or to buy any extra furniture. My Fiancé and I are the landlords and if any problems arise we always make all the arrangements for it to be fixed immediately.

It is rented out as a double room but you will share the whole property with the current tenant. The lease will be for a minimum of 6 months, but a longer term would happily be considered with the means of either party to end the contract with a three month notice after that.
