Hi! We’re looking for a new housemate to join our queer POC household. We’re ideally looking for someone interested in a short-term tenancy anywhere from 1 to 3 months but we are open to longer lets, just introduce yourself!

The room is minimally furnished with a bed, and chest of drawers, and overlooks the cricket oval. Would recommend bringing a clothes rail as there is limited storage space in the room. Any questions, message me.

We’re a friendly, respectful, and creative household. We all do our own thing but are warm and easygoing with each other.

We’re looking for someone clean, considerate, and cat-friendly, as one of our flatmates has a cat.

• 5 min walk to Oval Station (Northern line)
• 10 min walk to Vauxhall Station (Victoria line, National Rail, buses)
• 9 min walk to Tesco
• 15 min walk to Sainsbury’s
• Great transport links to central London

The rental price includes a bi-weekly cleaner, and bills are about £70 additionally a month.
