Spacious room in Oval - short let

Hello!

I’m heading away for a few weeks this summer and looking to rent out my room.

The flat is a 10-minute walk from Oval Underground station, close to a gym and two supermarkets, making it very convenient for day-to-day living.

The flat is arranged on two levels, with kitchen, living room, first bathroom and garden on the ground floor and 3 bedrooms and one bathroom on the first floor.

You’ll be sharing with two tidy, clean, and friendly flatmates who are respectful of shared spaces and your privacy.

The room is available for a short-term let from 8 July to 19 August, though shorter stays can also be considered.

The rent is £300 per week, with all bills included.
