Nice, bright, comfy flat in Oval - 20min walk to central London!
2 working professionals seeking third social flatmate.
The room comes furnished with a double bed, chest of drawers, freestanding wardrobe, and bedside table.
3 bedrooms, living room, kitchen, and separate shower / toilet rooms. The flat is closely situated between Oval tube, Vauxhall station, and Nine Elms tube station, so lots of travel/commuting options.
We’re working professionals with Monday to Friday 9 to 5 jobs (Civil Servant and luxury travel agent). We respect each other’s personal space, but also spend time together in the communal living area (catching up etc). I’ve been in the flat over 4 years and Abi has been here over 1 year.

Rent is £945pcm including all bills (council tax, water, gas, electricity, WiFi and TV Licensing).

Move in date is from 15th August but flexible.

Who we are looking for: Professional of similar age. Someone social but also happy in their own company. The new flatmate must be clean and who tidies up after themselves (mindful of the communal spaces) - we are both very chilled and do not have a cleaning rota etc.
