Monday to Friday only room in top floor modern flat with your own private bathroom in Oval

Hi,

The room is a small double room, with a double bed, bedside cabinet, desk, and wardrobe. You will have a large bathroom all to yourself just across the hall, with a bath/shower and more storage space. The room is available to rent only during the week and ideally looking for someone interested in renting it for two or three nights. Rent of £600 is assuming two nights a week, rent would be £750 for three nights a week. All bills are included in the rent, including a cleaner who comes once every two weeks.

The flat is a quiet top floor, two bedroom/two bathroom apartment in a modern building. It has a shared living room/kitchen and a balcony with great views of London. It is 10-15 minutes from Oval tube (northern line) and about 15-20 minutes from Stockwell (northern and victoria lines), with a bus stop around 5 minutes away that has plenty of routes on it going into the city, soho, westminster and brixton.

You'll be sharing with me, a 34 year old male consultant. I'm quiet and tidy, and looking for similar.
