Hey! Beautiful and chilled house recently up for rent sharing with myself and an adorable kitty called Nelson (he loves cuddles) so if you’re a cat person, you will love him.
You will have to do reference checks through the agency.
House includes a drive, I don't have a car so you are free to use I just have friends that use it sometimes. There is also a garden, a large bathroom upstairs, toilet downstairs, large kitchen and lounge.
I'm not a party person so I'm looking for someone similar, that's respectable neat and tidy.
I enjoy movie nights in I'm quite chill. I also work from home most days, but I have to pop to the hospital now and again as I work for the NHS.
There is also a pure gym 3 mins away which is handy.
Bills come to around 200 a month, this is council tax, water, Internet and gas and electricity.
