Bright beautiful room in Oval

Small double room

Good size third floor flat. Located on a Victorian style house with an incredible location. Half way distance between Oval and Stockwell station (distance walking around 10 minutes).

Me (Miguel) and my flatmate Sara are looking for a third new flatmate to join us in our beautiful home. The room available is a small double room for 600£!! Very cozy, it’s bright with high ceilings and big windows, this small double room includes the bed :).

*the first month will be ( current month + 1month in advance)

Bills come roughly under 100£ (to be exact 99.74£= including water, council tax, WiFi) the electricity works by top up on the smart meter.

Me and my flatmate Sara are in our late 20s (27-29) we both work in retail (fashion). For our new future flatmate ideally we would love to consider only women, LGTB friendly people, that respects a clean tidy flat (taking turns each of us to clean the flat every week) we don’t host parties or like noisy/ large gatherings of people in our home, we respect each others peace and quiet moments, making our home cozy and warm after a long day at work.

!!! Me Miguel have a beautiful (1 year old) domestic cat her name is Ponyo, and she’s adorable very quiet and well behaved, she has never broken anything or destroy things. She’s one of a kind very lovely and me and my flatmate loves her lots.
