Hey!! We’re looking for a replacement flat mate as I’m moving in with my partner!!
This flat has been absolutely lovely and it breaks my heart to leave!
The flat itself is lovely and my favourite place so far in London, it’s 2 minutes from Oval station and 10 minutes from Kennington so super well connected. Vauxhall is a short walk about 12 minutes too. It’s also right opposite Kennington Park which is great in the Summer.
It’s got a shared living room and kitchen which is a lovely social space for working / having friends over, etc.
The bedroom itself is lovely, gets great sunlight and comes furnished with a bed and wardrobe.
Currently, there are 3 girls living at the flat (24 y/o), Jen and Milly will be staying and both work full time, Milly works fully in office and Jen works hybrid. They’re both social, clean people, and are super easy to live with, so looking for a flat mate who’s similar!
Our preference is another girl around a similar age, preferably also working. Someone who’s social, fun, tidy, and agreeable is perfect!
