A bright and spacious double room is available to rent in a lovely 3-bedroom house, currently shared with two ladies. The flat has a warm and relaxed atmosphere and would suit someone tidy, respectful, and easy-going.

The room comes furnished with plenty of space two wardrobes, bookshelf and also has access to a small private balcony, perfect for fresh air or a morning coffee.

The flat includes a comfortable living room and a kitchen fully equipped with everything you need, including a microwave, fridge, washing machine, oven, air fryer, toaster, and rice cooker.

There is also a garden, which we’re currently working on and making even nicer with a fire pit – great for relaxing when the weather is good.

You’ll also be sharing the home with two adorable cats:
🐾 Valentina is a glamorous lady (female, 3 years old)
🐾 Paco he’s just a boy 😄 (male, 9 months old)

The location is just great the Northern line and Victoria line are at walking distance, plenty of buses and Lime bikes bays.
