I'm looking for someone to take over my lease as I need to move out.

Property is located between Oval Station and Nine Elms Station, just a short 5-10 minute walk from either of them and a 10 minute walk from Vauxhall Station. There is also a Lidl and a Sainsbury's within walking distance.

The room is pretty spacious and comes with a large double bed, desk, closet and a wall-mounted TV with a remote. It gets plenty of natural light in the mornings and is far enough from main roads that it is quiet at night.

All bills are all included, there's broadband included as well.
