Looking for Short-term Sublet in Cosy Flat

I am searching for a kind, respectful person to rent out my room in South London for two months from August until October.

Additionally, I am looking for someone to cat-sit whilst in the flat. My cat is a 3 year old Siamese and Himalayan boy cat with a lot of live to give and a huge interest in play. He loves humans and is a really easy cat to care for. He'll need to be fed twice a day and the litter box will need to be emptied every 2-3 days.

The flat will be occupied by one other person, a 26 year old professional, who has a calm and bright disposition.

You will be about a 12 minute walk from Oval tube station and also close by Stockwell and Brixton (Victoria line). The neighbourhood is great, situated close to bustling London gems like Brixton and Peckham as well as Camberwell, a hub of pubs, charity shops and great restaurants.

The room consists of a double bed, plenty of light and a personal bathroom.

The living space is large and opens up onto a balcony, perfect for chilling in the summer breeze.
