We have a 4 bed girls flat in a quite frankly ridiculous location 2 mins walk from oval station (24hr northern line), 5 mins walk to kennington park, 10-15 min walk to lidl and big tesco and across the road from the Derby pub which has live music Fridays and lots of sports games if that’s ya thing.

We are looking for another chicka ideally 25-30 as we are all 26-29! We're keen to do some pub quizzing, trips out to the park, board/card games, movie nights and host the odd heavily themed boogie. Also value keeping the place tidy and respecting when people just need to come home and nap.

Rent is £820 pcm & bills come out to about the standard £100.
Separate big kitchen/dining and a separate living room with TV. Space to WFH in lounge a few days a week if needed. There is only 1 bathroom/shower but haven't had any issues!
