A lovely double room is available in a spacious 2-bedroom flat, shared with one friendly female professional!

Fantastic location – a 6-minute walk to Oval Station (central London is only 20 minutes away on the Northern Line), 15-minute walk to Vauxhall Station, 10-15-minute walk to Lidl + a big Sainsbury’s. Oval itself has shops, cafes, pubs and parks!

The room – the bedroom is fully furnished with plenty of storage – a chest of drawers, bedside cabinet and a big wardrobe. There is space for a small desk.

The flat – first floor, featuring a living room with a dining table, sofas etc. There is space to WFH couple of days/week (I work in my bedroom 2-3 days/week so you wouldn't be disturbed). There is a separate kitchen with usual appliances, as well as one bathroom/shower.

About me – I’m a professional working in Higher Education. I enjoy spending time with friends, creative pursuits and exercising. At the same time, I value a calm home environment and appreciate quiet time to relax and recharge. I'm clean, respectful, and considerate, and I'm looking for a like-minded female professional who is easy-going, tidy, appreciates their personal space but is down for hanging out - watching TV / trips to the pub etc :)

All bills (including Council Tax at band C) come to around £150/month. You will have to do reference checks though the agency.
