En-suite double room available for august

I am renting out my 2-bed 2-bath flat in Oval/Brixton for all of august whilst I’m away. Have already confirmed a lovely tenant for the second bedroom (a hairstylist from Hawaii), and looking for someone to sublet my en-suite. Flat is pretty equidistant from stockwell, Brixton and oval station (15-20 min walk from each or 5 mins bus) N. B. I live here full time usually so the flat will have my furniture and things in it. My poodle-cross dog also lives here (though not during August of course), just incase anyone has severe allergies.

Room: A spacious double with a bed, wardrobe, mirror, side table, desk and drawers which double as a dressing table. N’B. This is my room so I would be leaving my things in it, but making some storage space / option of putting up a clothes rail for extra storage. This room has an en-suite toilet / shower.

ACCESS: The flat is on the second floor of a modern block of flats, and there is either a lift or 4 flights of steps (8 steps each) to access it. There is no intercom and the doorbell is connected to my phone so you would have to go down to open the door. Alternate option is to connect it to someone else’s phone but this costs £20.

RENT: I own the flat on lease so this is technically a sublet under me. £1,250 per room also including all bills.
