My sister is moving out, so I'm looking for a new flatmate to share this lovely 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom flat near Oval.

It is a double room and comes fully furnished with a double bed (the landlord got a new mattress when we moved in last year), two bedside tables, a wardrobe, plus an additional wardrobe we bought when we moved in. You'll also have your own private bathroom with a bath and shower.

The flat is on the 3rd floor with lift access and is bright, modern and spacious (over 800 sq ft). There's an open-plan kitchen and living area with integrated appliances, plus a private balcony overlooking Eythorne Park.

The details:

- £1,300 per month
- Bills approximately £170 per month
- Available from: 24th September (happy to be flexible if you need to move end of Aug/start of Sept)
- Full-time employment required (this is a requirement from the letting agency, so unfortunately no students)

Location:

- Around 10 minutes' walk to Oval Tube (Northern line)
- Around 15 minutes to Stockwell (Victoria & Northern lines)
- Around 20 minutes to Brixton
- Close to Myatt's Fields Park and Kennington Park
- Secure bike storage in a locked garage

A bit about me:
I work in education/healthcare and enjoy playing sports, going to the theatre and travelling. I'd love to find someone friendly, clean and easy-going who enjoys having a chat and helping make the flat feel like home. I'm equally respectful of personal space and appreciate a relaxed living environment.
