I’m a professional who works fairly crazy hours and am hardly ever at home, so I’m looking for housemates who have a similar lifestyle and are happy to enjoy a quiet, relaxed and respectful home. 🏡 Clean, Respectful & Easy-Going Housemates Wanted – Oval

Looking for a clean, respectful and easy-going housemates (2) to join a friendly household in the heart of Oval.

📍 Location
The flat is just a 2-minute walk from Oval Station (Northern Line), with Tesco, Sainsbury’s, Lidl, The Gym (among other), Post Office, Kennington Park and plenty of cafés, shops and local amenities all within easy walking distance.

🛏️ The Room

A furnished double bedroom on the ground floor, with your own private toilet (toilet & sink).
The room includes:
* Double ottoman bed + mattress
* Bedside table and lamp
* Two mirrored double wardrobes
* A chair
* Additional storage space available
You’ll share a modern upstairs bathroom with just one other flatmate, including a walk-in shower, toilet and sink. The bedroom is on the smaller side, so it is best suited for someone who does not have a lot of belongings.

I am looking for someone who is clean, considerate, respectful and easy-going, and who appreciates having a relaxed and tidy home. It’s not a party house, although the occasional get-together is absolutely fine. ☺️ Everyone respects each other’s space and privacy. Please note: this is not suitable for anyone who works from home. I’m a professional working long hours and am rarely at home, so we’re looking for someone with a similar lifestyle who is generally out during the day.
