Double Room in Oval House

We’re looking for someone to join our lovely flat in Oval from 16th October.

The flat is in a brilliant location, just 2 minutes’ walk from Oval station, and is spread over multiple levels, so it feels more like a house than a typical London flat. It’s super bright, spacious and homely, with:

* Separate kitchen and living room
* 2 bathrooms
* Plenty of natural light
* Great location for getting around London

You’d be living with two 25–26 year old guys, both mates from uni. One works in finance and the other is a teacher.

We’re sociable and like the flat to feel like a home rather than just somewhere to sleep. We’re ideally looking for someone around a similar age who’s friendly, easy-going and into sport/keeping active — running, cycling, gym, football etc. would be a big plus.

We’re up for the usual pub/dinner/socialising but equally have our own lives and appreciate a chilled evening at home.

Available from 16th October.
