My flatmate is leaving our lovely flat in oval quarters so I’m looking for someone to join me here :)
The building is super modern and has a secure entry system & lift (which is fab as we’re on the top floor).
The flat comes with a shared kitchen & living space and a balcony overlooking south bank & Nine Elms.

The basics:

✨ spacious double room, with en-suite and built in closet in newly build apartment complex

✨ £1,350 rent, bills around £150/person

✨ Partly-furnished (all basics are there but loads of space to make it your own)

✨ 15 minutes to Stockwell station (Victoria line); 18 mins to oval station (northern line)

✨ Available late October/beginning of November (flexible)

✨ Unfortunately there is an income requirement of about £45k per annum for this room

About me:

✨I’m Annabelle (27) and was born and raised in Germany & the Netherlands. I’ve been in London & this flat for the past 2 years now, and it’s genuinely such a homey space. I’m a music publicist and work from home most of the time, but will be travelling quite often to see family or for work. I love everything artsy and really appreciate creative people

I’d love for someone to join me that’s looking for a home, and where there’s a good balance of introvert/extrovert behaviour going on. Happy to be social but also happy to just co-exist occasionally!
